Day of Dances
Day of Dances featured improvisational scores from local dance artists and a reconstruction of Simone Forti's Huddle (1961).
This site activation took place at California Institute of Earth Art and Architecture as part of their monthly Open House. Eight scores were shared throughout the day where people would happen upon a work by turning a corner or looking to the domed roofs. Score for Two, brooke’s work for two shared gender performers, and more were performed in and around the earthen forms, inspiring others to come into contact, play, and climb.
